Signature Day Of Package

Pre-Wedding Coordination:

• Three (3) virtual planning meetings to review wedding details, priorities, and logistics

• One (1) on-site venue walkthrough to review event flow, floor plans, and coordination needs

• Communication with all confirmed vendors at least three (3) weeks prior to introduce myself, confirm logistics, collect Certificates of Insurance (COIs), and establish day-of contacts

• Creation and distribution of a detailed wedding day timeline for the couple, wedding party, and vendor teams

Wedding Day Coordination:

• On-site coordination from beginning of scheduled events through the conclusion of the day

• Oversee vendor arrivals, direct setup, and ensure timely execution throughout the day

• Coordinate with the florist on the distribution of personal flowers and placement of floral arrangements throughout the venue and event spaces

• Ensure the photographer and videographer are aligned on the timeline and key moments

• Coordinate with transportation providers to ensure the wedding party and guests depart and arrive according to schedule

• Collaborate with the officiant to coordinate the ceremony processional, recessional, and overall ceremony flow (unless managed by venue personnel)

• Meet with catering and venue teams to review banquet event orders (BEOs), confirm event details, and ensure all elements are accounted for and executed as planned

• Set up personal décor provided by the couple, including signage, menus, photos, favors, seating displays, and other special touches

• Arrange seating place cards and confirm the floor plan is accurate before reception begins

• Gather and line up the wedding party for reception grand entrance introductions (unless coordinated by the emcee)

• Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, venue staff, and designated family members

• Manage the wedding day timeline and proactively handle any unexpected issues
